Staff Spotlight: Krystin Wallace

Since joining Taylor King Law in August 2024, Krystin Wallace has become a valued part of the team with her thoughtful approach to case management. She believes one of the most important parts of her job is simply listening. “Many of these clients are coming here because of a bad situation, and they want someone who will listen to them and genuinely try to help.”

Krystin earned her degree in Criminology, inspired by her love of true crime. Whether it’s podcasts, Criminal Minds, or Dexter, she’s always been interested in the stories behind the cases. Lately, she’s been reading and watching The Handmaid’s Tale, which she says has been eye-opening in how it reflects real issues around gender and power.

One piece of advice that’s shaped her outlook: Believe what you believe because you believe in it, not because that’s what others told you to believe in.

Outside of the office, Krystin is a proud cat mom to Taz and Nyx, has a growing Lego collection (that may need its own room soon), and loves a good board or card game night. Her favorite local spot? Lemonade House Grille in Jonesboro—especially the Gummy Bear Lemonade.

Krystin describes her time at Taylor King Law as fun, educational, and collaborative. “Everyone here is so helpful and knowledgeable. It really feels like a team.”

We are so thankful to have Krystin on our side!
