Pedestrian Struck & Killed in Texarkana on Highway 67

51-year-old Rickey Toney (Hope, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Friday, January 3, 2020.

At approximately 2:18 a.m. a vehicle (1998 Suburban) traveling south on Highway 67 struck Mr. Toney, who was “walking in the roadway.”

Weather conditions were reportedly cloudy and road conditions wet at the time of the accident.
