Highway 65 Wreck Near Devil's Backbone Claims One Driver's Life

43-year-old Diana Lee House (Leslie, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Monday, August 26, 2019.

At approximately 2:48 a.m. Ms. House was driving north on Highway 65 near Devil’s Backbone Mountain in Marshall when her vehicle crossed the centerline. Ms. House’s vehicle (2018 Chevrolet) struck an 18-wheeler (2020 Peterbilt semi-truck) traveling south on Highway 65.

58-year-old Danny Robert Setliff (Springfield, MO) was the driver of the 18-wheeler at the time of the accident and transported with injuries to a nearby medical center.

Conditions at the time of the accident were reportedly clear and dry.
