ATV Accident in Paragould Claims One Man’s Life, Injures Two

58-year-old Cecil Nelson (Paragould, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Sunday, July 26, 2020.

At approximately 12:35 a.m. Mr. Nelson was riding on an ATV (2019 Can-Am) headed north on Greene County Road 733. The ATV left the roadway before striking a tree and overturning. All occupants were thrown from the vehicle.

50-year-old Rex Nelson (Paragould, AR) and 42-year-old Cindy Carter (Paragould, AR) were injured in the accident.

Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
