21-year-old Brecken Cook (Greenwood, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Sunday, April 11, 2021.

At approximately 2:05 a.m. Mr. Cook was traveling west on Highway 10 between Havana and Blue Mountain when his vehicle (2010 Ford Mustang) crossed the centerline before leaving the roadway and striking a tree.
