AR Head-On Collision Claims the Life of Shyann Lee
43-year-old Shay M. Hathaway (Clay City, KY) was fatally injured in an accident on Monday, April 4, 2022.
At approximately 9:25 a.m. Mr. Hathaway was traveling east on Interstate 40 when his motorcycle (2006 Kawasaki) left the roadway near mile marker 220 entering the median and colliding with the cable barrier.
Weather conditions were cloudy at the time of the accident.
