41-year-old Tonelle Brown (North Little Rock) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Saturday, January 26, 2019.

At approximately 6:12 p.m. Mr. Brown was attempting to put fuel into a vehicle stopped on the James Street on-ramp towards U.S. Highway 67 in Jacksonville. Mr. Brown’s vehicle was in “the lane of traffic” according to report. A 2010 GMC Sierra traveling north was attempting to enter U.S. Highway 67 via the James Street on-ramp when the vehicle struck Mr. Brown.

Conditions at the time were reportedly clear and dry.
